Douglas Davis will help you develop deeper, more lucrative relationships with your clients by delivering solutions they didn’t know they needed.

Clients come to us all the time with various forms of the same question: "What should I do?" At the same time, this simple question is often veiled within a statement such as, "I need a website," or "we need a new logo." How we answer this question can be the difference between a one-time transaction and a long-term relationship. It takes digging a bit deeper to get to the root of the client's reason for seeking you out. This session will help you understand how to approach a client and their questions, while giving you the tools to provide more value than they expected. Don't just solve their design problems; give them creative solutions that fulfill their reason for being in business. 

3 Main Take- Aways:

  1. Understand and identify the real client need and expectations (both explicit and implicit).

  2. Learn how to make creative recommendations based on the client’s brand position.

  3. Align your creative ideas with the format most compatible with the client's objectives.
